Certified International Pension and Retirement Professional (CIPRP) is the highest level of the Pension and Retirement Professional Programme (PRPP). This programme is an advanced-level course designed to prepare practitioners as professionals in the pension and retirement industry. In this course, qualified participants will practise and apply enhanced knowledge of the pension and retirement system while being directly supervised by social protection specialists and technical advisors. Participants will undergo technical training and incorporate knowledge gained from previous courses and apply them to case studies and real-life simulated situations. In the final preparation, candidates will then formulate or improve on existing policies of social protection by synthesising the skills and knowledge gained from this course and their own field of expertise.
