As Asia Pacific embraces population ageing in an uncertain era, governments and policy makers are increasingly faced with the challenges of securing adequate social security for the rising older population. With the Asia-Pacific estimated to have close to 1.3 billion senior citizens in 30 years, is inclusive pension system attainable? What actions and precautions should the responsible players take in protecting the older population?
