Establishing a formal Council to oversee mandatory registration and ethical standards is not merely an administrative step; it is a moral imperative. Only through legal recognition can we ensure that every Malaysian in need receives support from a qualified professional, finally elevating social work to its rightful status as a cornerstone of our national development.
