Dear YBhg. Datuk/ Professor / Dr./ Sir/ Madam,
We are pleased to announce that the name of our centre has been changed from ‘Social Security Research Centre’ (SSRC) to ‘Social Wellbeing Research Centre’ (SWRC).
This name change is to better reflect the nature and scope of our research centre which continue to grow and cover wider aspects of social wellbeing of the population. The name change is also an indication of greater collaborative effort between the academia, the government and industry to address local and global economic and social challenges.
Other logistic details and organisational structure of the centre will remain the same.
