The Malaysia Ageing and Retirement Survey (MARS) is a major research undertaking by SWRC which aims to collect data on various aspects related to ageing and retirement in Malaysia. MARS provides comprehensive data that includes family, health, social, economic, employment and psychosocial aspects of the older people. The first wave (MARS Wave-1) was conducted in 2018/2019 while the second wave (MARS Wave-2) data collection was conducted from October 2020 until April 2022.
