PENSION AND RETIREMENT PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM (PRPP)

Empowering Experts in Retirement and Social Protection

Introduced in 2018, the Pension and Retirement and Professional Programme (PRPP) was the first certification of its kind specifically designed to enhance the capabilities of professionals engaged with pensions, retirement security and demographic ageing challenges in Malaysia and the ASEAN region. 

This intensive, three-day certification programme has successfully trained over 150 individuals, drawing participants from diverse backgrounds including social protection practitioners, public and private sector policymakers, financial planners, researchers and academics. To ensure a comprehensive learning experience, the PRPP is structured into three distinct levels, with each level delivered over a three-day period. 

This modular approach provides an in-depth understanding of social protection and retirement issues, cultivates practical skills for policy design, and offers exposure to international best practices, cumulatively totaling 100 contact hours spread across three annual programmes.
